For the next three days I am going to my Alma Matter (Go Raiders!) to attend a special alumni only 'summer college' class. I sounds so interesting I could not pass it up. We are going to learn about archiving our family history/genealogy and that was one of my summer 'things to do'! We also are going to learn about the history of Middle Tennessee and Nashville, go on a private tour of the Ryman Auditorium, and go to the Grand Ole Opry on Friday night. Should be fun! I hope to have lots of good pictures to post on Saturday morning! Even though I've lived here my whole life, I've only been to the Ryman and Opry a few times. They hold a lot of history though so I'm really interested to learn more about my city! I love Nashville!
